When Linc was born, deciding on birth announcements was a piece of cake thanks to Minted. So many options and customizations made easy! On top of that, I didn’t have to find time to address a stack of birth annoucements. Are you serious?! That meant I could spend all that precious time soaking in the new baby snuggles rather than scribbling addresses on envelopes with one hand. It was a no brainer to use Minted again for our 2017 Christmas cards.
I was thrilled when I originally found Minted last year, and ONLY use them now for any and all stationery. They made the process of selecting our 2017 Christmas cards easy as can be, but also added that extra bit of “wow” I was looking for this time. With Minted, I was able to select the card shape, style, color, and even the printing type. I knew I wanted a foil pressed design again so I narrowed my selection down to this one. The burgundy plaid was just meant to be with the burgundy, navy, and gray theme we had going on in fall family photos. I splurged and opted for silver envelopes and matching envelope liners.
Before the final printing, you can receive a beautiful custom proof via email to approve the artist’s design. I skipped the proof this time because I quadruple checked my final design before ordering. Minted made me feel confident in my purchase and our Christmas cards arrived even better than expected. Skipping this step also shaved a few days and $10 off my order which was a bonus since I couldn’t wait to share the printed cards with you all!
The best part? Pre-addressed envelopes!
My favorite part of ordering our 2017 Christmas cards from Minted was that the envelopes arrived with recipient addresses already printed – for FREE. I mean REALLY…how awesome is that as a busy mom during the jam packed holiday season?! When I selected Lincoln’s birth announcements it was super convenient to upload my address list to Minted and have them do all the work for me. This time around all I had to do was select who I wanted to send my 2017 Christmas cards to from my address book and BAM – all the work was done! I ordered some of Minted custom stamps to coordinate.
When I received the FedEx delivery notification on my phone I ran out in the pouring rain to scoop up the box. It was even better than Christmas morning! The best part – Wyatt was there to share the exciting reveal with me while Linc napped. Even Wyatt was shouting “yay!” and “cute!” at how they came out.
